Danielle S. Murashige, MD, PhD
Dr. Murashige received her MD/PhD in biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude with a BA in biology from the University of Virginia. She also completed a fellowship for the Whitaker International Program for Biomedical Engineering at the Garvan Institute for Medical Research in Sydney, Australia. She received several scholarships for research excellence, including the Hess-Newman Scholarship for Public Service and another from the American Diabetes Association.
